"San Leandro Triple-Net Strip Center Trades"

Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently announced the successful sale of a 6,603-square-foot retail property in San Leandro. The property was sold for $2,950,000 and was marketed by Quentin Caruso and Vince Schwab from Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office on behalf of the seller.

According to Caruso, the property received multiple offers within two months of being listed for sale. The seller ultimately chose to sell to a private local investor who plans to maintain the current tenants in place. The six-unit strip retail building is home to popular businesses such as Tsuru Sushi and Ippai Izakaya.

Caruso also noted that all leases at 1423-1427 E. 14th St are triple net leases with no deferred maintenance required on the building. This attractive feature likely contributed to its appeal among potential buyers.

Overall, the successful sale of this triple-net strip center highlights strong demand for commercial properties in San Leandro’s thriving market.
