"Underway: Development of 3.7M SF El Paso Business Park"

Sansone Group and Raith Capital Partners have begun grading for the first phase of their three-phase master plan in El Paso, Texas. This expansive development spans 240 acres and will encompass approximately 3.7 million square feet.

Located at the southeast quadrant of Interstate 10 and Loop 375, this inaugural phase covers about 85 acres. Its prime location places it within a three-mile radius of the Ysleta-Zaragoza Port of Entry, one of the busiest US-Mexico border crossings responsible for over 80% of northbound cargo truck crossings in El Paso.

The initial stage includes construction on three industrial buildings totaling an estimated1.38 million square feet with an expected completion date in Q4of2024.Bosch,a global Fortune100 company, has already secured a lease agreement for414,000squarefeetofthisspace.

Leasing services will be handled by Colliers while Catamount Construction Inc.will oversee construction on these facilities.The development is set to bring significant economic growth to El Paso’s thriving business community.
