Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines have recently finalized new leases totaling 75,000 square feet at 10 & 120 South Riverside Plaza in Chicago’s West Loop submarket. The two-building complex spans over 1.4 million square feet and is currently undergoing a $75 million redevelopment project set to be completed by Q4 of 2024.
In the past year alone, the property has successfully signed or renewed a total of approximately 156,000 square feet in office leases. CBRE’s Kelsey Scheive and Kelsey Morgan are responsible for overseeing office leasing on behalf of ownership.
The latest tenants to join the complex include Attorneys’ Liability Assurance Society (ALAS), who will occupy a space measuring at around37,000 square feet arranged by David Stein from Steinco Corporate Real Estate Advisors . Pinterest also secured their spot with a lease for24,000 square feet through Travis James , Hugh Scott , Scott Becker , Rob Schmidt , and Eddie Viliunas from JLL . Syska Hennessy Group committed to14,000squarefeetthrough Brian Means from JLL .
