Sueba USA is constructing a two-phased apartment development in the Imperial Oaks master planned community near Spring. The first phase, Imperial Oaks Square, will be a three-story garden-style complex with 269 units located off the Grand Parkway between I-45 and U.S. 59. Completion of this phase is expected in the fourth quarter of 2024 and construction on the second phase – four story 308 unit Imperial Oaks Lofts at 30035 Creekside Terrace Drive – will begin immediately after completion of Phase 1.
Most units feature an oversized soaking tub while select plans offer kitchen islands with wine storage, 12 foot ceilings and patios or balconies for residents to enjoy outdoor living space as well as access to resort style pool & hot tubs complete with cabanas & grilling areas plus lap pools & fitness centers for residents’ convenience and leisure activities .
