Manhattan Beach Studios, also known as MBS Group, has secured a lease for a 300,000-square-foot warehouse in Glendale, Queens. The property at 66-31 and 66-35 Otto Road boasts 240,000 square feet of warehouse space and an additional 73,000 square feet of parking. It also offers nine loading docks with freight rail access and is conveniently located near Fresh Pond Junction.
The landlord for this impressive facility is GLP (Global Logistic Properties), represented by JLL’s Leslie Lanne and Adam Citron. GLP co-owns the property with Sitex Group.
MBS Group currently operates Borden Studios in Long Island City while providing production services to studios located in Brooklyn and Queens.
This latest development from MBS Group marks another significant milestone for the company as it continues to expand its presence within New York’s thriving film industry scene.
