Boasting over 50 stores, restaurants and entertainment venues, Lincoln City Outlets offers an impressive mix of national and local retailers such as Nike, Coach,Pendleton,North Face,Eddie Bauer,and Scout Northwest Trading Company,Salt,and Point Break Fitness.
The property was acquired through a joint venture between HGP and LC Outlets JV LLC., with HGP acting as the managing member responsible for leasing,maintenance,and marketing efforts.
