Seattle-based real estate development firm One Trent has recently announced the launch of their latest investment fund, One Trent Opportunity Fund 23. This new fund will focus on acquiring distressed multifamily properties in the Puget Sound market with a goal of raising $50 million over the next three years.
According to Principal Trent Mummery, at One Trent they are dedicated to identifying and seizing opportunities in dynamic markets through strategic partnerships and investments. He also stated that their firm has a strong track record of delivering exceptional projects that elevate the standards in their operating markets, making this new fund a natural progression for their growth. Along with Principal Patrick Ashman, who together have over 40 years of experience acquiring and developing multifamily and mixed-use properties, they will co-sponsor this new venture.
Established in 2017, One Trent has successfully delivered more than 3,000 units within the last decade alone. Currently having five projects under development and three under construction while completing four others within just fifteen months further solidifies their expertise as leaders within Seattle’s real estate industry.
