Oldacre McDonald, a prominent development company, has submitted a zoning application for a 22-acre mixed-use project on Stewarts Ferry Pike near Nashville International Airport. The proposed development will include commercial and multifamily spaces, with potential tenants such as Chipotle, Hyatt House hotel and PNC Bank.
According to the Nashville Business Journal, Barge Design Solutions from Nashville will handle the engineering for this project. The Metro Planning Department is scheduled to review and approve the Stewarts Ferry development on March 28.
Oldacre McDonald is also known for their successful Century Farms project in Antioch which spans over 300 acres. This massive mixed-use development already houses Tanger Outlets and more than 60 national retail and restaurant brands. Plans are underway to add several hundred additional multifamily units along with four hotels including Tiger Wood’s golf concept Popstroke and Whataburger at Century Farms.
