Marcus & Millichap has successfully sold a multi-tenant retail property in Raytown, Missouri. The 6,360-square-foot center features a SmileShack dental office and Domino’s Pizza store and was purchased by a California-based company.
Senior Managing Directors Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko, investment specialists at Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively listed the property on behalf of the seller. They also secured and represented the buyer for this transaction. The deal included an origination of new loan from the existing lender with assistance from David Saverin, Regional Manager and Broker of Record for Missouri.
The fully occupied property is situated at 9103 E State Rte 350 in Kansas MSA on a highly visible corner location. Both tenants offer annual rent increases with Domino’s occupying the space since 2015 with an early extension through to 2030. Recently, their regional franchisee was acquired by a large franchisee.
