"SpaceX Announces $100M Facility in Brownsville for Future Projects"

SpaceX has announced plans for a new $100 million office and industrial complex in Brownsville, Texas. The project, known as the “SpaceX Starbase Office,” will be located at their launch facility on Boca Chica Beach.

The development will span approximately 15 football fields and include five levels of office space as well as a 1-million-square-foot industrial factory. In addition to this project, SpaceX also has plans to open a shopping center and restaurant in Brownsville with an estimated cost of $15 million.

One of these projects is called “RioWest” and includes a grocery store, retail shops, and cafe with an investment of $8.9 million. The other project is also named RioWest but focuses on a restaurant with indoor dining space spanning 3500 square feet along with an outdoor deck overlooking the Rio Grande River. Both projects are set to begin construction on March 14th with completion expected by December 31st.
