Turnbridge Equities and the Burt Group have announced plans for a new 45-story tower in North Burnet, Austin. The project, called Q2 Stadium Assemblage, will feature approximately 825 apartments and is located within close proximity to Q2 Stadium. According to the Austin Business Journal, the rezoning of this area was recommended by the Austin Planning Commission on Feb. 13 and is awaiting approval from City Council.
The development site currently consists of four office buildings spanning over 175,000 square feet. Additionally, there is an adjacent 8.5-acre tract that includes four commercial buildings on Donley Drive.
Combined together by Travis Central Appraisal District at a value of nearly $43 million dollars.
In recent years Turnbridge has been actively involved in various properties throughout Austin including CitizenM downtown hotel which was recently completed as well as Music Lane development valued at $55 million dollars situated along South Congress Avenue featuring notable tenants such as Nike,Alo Yoga,and French luxury goods company Hermes.

Currently,the site comprises four office buildings spanning over an area of about175000 square feet.Additionally,it also includes another plot measuring around8-5 acres towards south housing four commercial structures along Donley Drive.Travis Central Appraisal District has assessed both these sites combinedly valuing them under$43million dollar mark.Turnbridge’s involvement across multiple properties like CitizenM downtown hotel,Music Lane Development worth$55million hosting big names like Nike,Alo Yoga,French luxury brand Hermes etc.has kept it busy lately making it a prominent player in Austin’s real estate market.
