The pickleball craze continues to gain momentum, with the latest trend being the incorporation of golf simulators. Pin Point, a new project in Raleigh, is set to be at the forefront of this experiential development movement.
Situated in a warehouse space on S. Wilmington St., Pin Point boasts 16 professional pickleball courts and eight commercial golf simulators – making it the largest indoor facility of its kind in the country.
According to reports from Triangle Business Journal, Pin Point has secured a lease for 71,000 square feet on the second floor of a warehouse building. The estimated cost for constructing this state-of-the-art facility ranges between $1.5 million and $2 million.
In addition to its impressive court and simulator offerings, Pin Point will also feature an expansive chipping and putting area spanning over 8,600 square feet. A sports bar and pro shop will also be available onsite along with two spacious rooms that can accommodate events or parties for up to 570 guests.
Anticipated opening date for Pin Point is summer this year.
