CBRE Welcomes New Office Specialist in Boise
Karena Gilbert has recently joined CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team at their Boise office. With over 18 years of experience in brokerage and commercial construction, Gilbert will focus on office sales and leasing for investors, landlords, and tenants. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles at Colliers and TOK Commercial.
Gilbert’s background also includes working as an owner’s representative in construction management before transitioning to brokerage. Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than 500 successful office transactions totaling $174 million.
