A group of investors has unveiled the opening of The Wynwood Haus, a 20-story apartment building with ground-floor retail in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Black Salmon, LD&D and Bridge Investment Group have joined forces to develop this 224-unit complex located at 23 N.E. 17th Terrace.
The units range from cozy studios measuring at just under 400 square feet to spacious two-bedroom apartments spanning over 900 square feet. With asking rents ranging from $2,520 to $3,810 per month, these apartments are sure to attract a diverse mix of residents.
According to reports by the South Florida Business Journal, the developers were able secure incentives worth $14 million from the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency by committing to designate100 units as workforce housing.
