The County of Orange has recently entered into a long-term lease agreement with Drawbridge Realty for the occupancy of 70,000 square feet at 1700 E. St Andrew Pl. This prime location is conveniently situated just one block away from the 55 freeway in Santa Ana. The terms of the lease have not been disclosed.
According to Mike Embree, managing director and SVP at Drawbridge Realty, “1700 E. St Andrew is a top-quality building that caters to various office and R&D users.” He also expressed delight in having the AAA/AA+-rated municipality as their tenant and looks forward to welcoming them this summer after completing interior improvements tailored to their specific needs.
Representing Drawbridge Realty were Ross Bourne and Chip Wright from CBRE while Wade Clark and Joe Bevan from JLL represented Orange County during negotiations.
