Sola Salon Studios, the leading salon studio business in the United States, has recently secured a lease for their newest location in New York’s Flatiron District. The space, located at 50 West 17th Street and spanning over 7,200 square feet on the fifth floor, will offer fully-equipped private salon studios to support independent beauty professionals.
According to Karl Baumert, owner of Sola Salon Studios Manhattan: “We are excited to announce our new location in Flatiron this Spring alongside our existing Midtown East spot. Our goal is to provide both traditional and flexible membership options for local beauty professionals.” This latest addition marks Sola Salon Studio’s commitment towards supporting independent businesses within the community.
Tenant representation was provided by Tommy Botsaris of Colliers while landlord Argo Real Estate was represented by Christopher Okada and Thomas Capuano of Okada & Company. The anticipated opening date for Sola Salon Studios Flatiron is Spring 2024 with leasing reservations currently being accepted.
