In a bold and strategic decision, Com2uS, a leading mobile game company known for popular titles like Summoners War and MLB 9 Innings, has signed a long-term lease to relocate its North American corporate headquarters from El Segundo to Hollywood. The move marks an industry-shifting trend as the company secures approximately 12,000 square feet at Kilroy Realty’s Sunset Media Center.
Com2uS was represented by Cushman & Wakefield executive managing director Greg Lovett in this landmark deal. JLL’s Peter Hajimihalis, Dana Vargas and Hayley Blockley will handle leasing at the property on behalf of Kilroy. A special ribbon cutting ceremony is planned to welcome Com2uS to their new home in Hollywood.
“This move by Com2uS is not only significant but also sets them apart as market leaders,” stated Lovett confidently. “For the past decade they have been based in El Segundo; however with this relocation they are making waves within the industry.” He added that while most major video game publishers are typically located in cities like Santa Monica or Culver City for various reasons, there is now only one other large developer/publisher situated in Hollywood besides Com2Us.
