Fifield Cos. has announced the start of construction on a new transit-oriented development (TOD) in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood neighborhood. The eight-story building, located at 45 NE 27th St., is just one block away from the upcoming Brightline light rail station at NE 29th St.
Featuring a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 567 to 1,036 square feet, Wynwood Station will offer residents convenient access to public transportation and an array of amenities. These include a resident lounge, party room, makers room for creative projects, demonstration kitchen for cooking classes or events, state-of-the-art fitness center with outdoor space for workouts in the fresh air,golf simulator,petspa,and remote work area with both coworking spaces and private offices.
Designed by MSA Architects with interiors by IDDI and built by Kast Construction,the project is expected to be completed in April2025.This marks Fifield’s second TOD project in Miami following Avida Aventura,a previous development featuring267 units set to open this June.The company continues its commitment towards creating sustainable communities that enhance residents’ lifestyles through thoughtful designand strategic location near key transit hubs.
