Williamsburg Mixed-Use Duo Sells for $14M

Williamsburg Mixed-Use Duo Sells for $14M

Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently announced the successful sale of two historic buildings in Brooklyn’s highly sought-after Williamsburg neighborhood. The properties were sold for an impressive $13.8 million.

The transaction was facilitated by Michael Salvatico, Shaun Riney, and Samuel Leppo from Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office. These investment specialists effectively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and secured a buyer who was also a private investor.

According to Salvatico, this sale is indicative of the strong demand for vacant free-market redevelopment properties in North Brooklyn. He further added that they received over 14 written offers for this particular property.

Located at 101-109 S. 6th St., these buildings are strategically situated just three blocks away from Williamsburg’s waterfront area. The first building is an exquisite example of Romanesque Revival architecture dating back to the 19th century and will be converted into residential units with some commercial space totaling approximately 5,444 square feet. The second building is also from the same era but will undergo interior renovations on its upper floors while retaining its storefront appearance on street level.

This recent transaction highlights Connect CRE’s expertise in facilitating high-value deals within New York City’s competitive real estate market without compromising quality or integrity.
