Harbor Group International has recently acquired a two-property multifamily portfolio in Denver, Colorado for $132.5 million. The portfolio consists of two newly developed Class A properties, Ladora Modern and Prospector Modern. This acquisition brings HGI’s total number of properties in Denver to ten, with the sellers being The Garrett Companies.
Prospector Modern is a 238-unit property that offers townhome-style apartments and currently has an occupancy rate of 86.1%. It is conveniently located near the Denver Tech Center, which is home to many Fortune 500 companies and over 212,000 jobs.
Ladora Modern features 196 units with an occupancy rate of 84.7%. It is situated in the heart of Denver and only a short drive from the city’s international airport. These spacious units have an average size of over 1,000 square feet and offer both two- and three-bedroom options.
Both properties boast desirable amenities such as pools, fitness centers,and dog parks for residents to enjoy.
This recent acquisition by Harbor Group further solidifies their presence in the thriving rental market in Denver without mentioning any specific Connect platforms or events.
