SHEIN, a global online retailer for fashion and lifestyle products, is set to open an office in downtown Bellevue near Seattle. The new 10,000-square-foot space at Key Center will be managed by Kilroy Realty and serve as the central location for SHEIN’s U.S. fulfillment and logistics operations.
According to Andy Huang, head of U.S. fulfillment and logistics at SHEIN, establishing a presence in the Seattle area is crucial for their growth in the American market. With plans to expand their team by over 50 professionals by 2024 on top of their current workforce of more than 1,500 employees across the country.
Bellevue has seen an increase in companies expanding within its city limits with TikTok (owned by ByteDance) also growing its downtown presence while Skanska recently signed Pokemon as an anchor tenant for its mixed-use development known as The Eight.
