"Farbman Sells Michigan Sportsmen's Den Property"

Farbman Group has successfully closed the sale of 15001 Sibley Road in Riverview, Michigan. Nanci Tarpley, a sales and leasing associate for Farbman Group, expertly brokered the deal.

The property was previously known as the Sportsmen’s Den and had been operated by the Orlando family for over 40 years. It has now been sold to local restaurateur Jeremy Syrocki at an undisclosed price. According to Tarpley, “The Den holds a significant place in Michigan’s sports history with its long-standing service to various teams such as the University of Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Tigers.”

Spanning over 24,000 square feet including a banquet hall, this property was put up for sale after its previous owner retired. Its impressive sports legacy includes hosting and catering services for Detroit Tigers from 1982-2009 as well as regular visits from Lloyd Carr – former head football coach at University of Michigan and native of Riverview.
