The groundbreaking ceremony for the highly-anticipated One Beverly Hills mixed-use project was held on Thursday by its developers. According to a report by the Los Angeles Times, this $4-5 billion development will completely transform the iconic Beverly Hills skyline.
At its core, One Beverly Hills will feature two towering structures covered in lush greenery that are set to become the tallest buildings in all of Beverly Hills. The project is expected to be completed by 2028 and aims to create an “urban resort” spanning 17.5 acres that seamlessly integrates with neighboring hotels such as The Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria, along with luxury condominiums, sprawling botanical gardens, and Aman’s first ultra-luxury hotel on the West Coast.
Jonathan Goldstein of Cain International stated that One Beverly Hills is one of North America’s largest projects currently underway. This London-based investment firm is leading development efforts alongside OKO Group – a renowned international real estate company founded by Vlad Doronin (the creator of Aman). Doronin expressed his excitement about bringing Aman into “one of world’s finest urban centers” like Beverley Hill.
