Sentinel Net Lease, a leading commercial real estate firm, recently completed the sale of an office building and Chase Operations Center in Springfield, Missouri. The transaction was successfully brokered by Ross B. Murray, SIOR, CCIM and President of R.B. Murray Company.
The property was acquired by a local healthcare operator in line with Sentinel’s investment strategy that focuses on prime commercial real estate with enduring appeal. According to Fred Lewis, Chief Executive Officer for Sentinel Net Lease: “This transaction showcases the strength of our investment approach.”
In addition to this successful sale, Sentinel is set to launch their highly anticipated Opportunity Fund later this month with an initial target of $100 million. This fund will primarily focus on acquiring suburban office buildings as well as retail and industrial properties secured by long-term leases.
