Moon Rabbit, a creative advertising agency based in NYC, has recently secured a 6,604 square foot space on the 12th floor of 594 Broadway in SoHo. This move marks the consolidation of Moon Rabbit’s operations from various locations into their new central hub at 594 Broadway. The agency serves clients in both consumer and healthcare industries and will now be located among other like-minded creative firms.
The landlord for this space was represented by Neith Stone from GFP Real Estate while Joshua Berg and Alexander Kesseler of Newmark represented Moon Rabbit. According to Stone, the penthouse space at 594 Broadway was an ideal fit for Moon Rabbit as they transitioned to a more traditional private office setting from their previous coworking arrangement with The Farm SoHo. This trend has been observed over recent months.
This announcement comes after Moon Rabbit’s relocation from California and Singapore into their new headquarters at 594 Broadway previously occupied by cybersecurity firm WITH SECURE. With this move, there is no doubt that Moon Rabbit will continue to thrive as one of NYC’s top creative agencies.
