The Feil Organization has recently finalized a 10-year lease agreement with Casa Komos Brand Group for 10,268 square feet of space on the second and partial ninth floors at 853 Broadway. This office tower, located in downtown and currently undergoing extensive renovations, spans over 21 stories.
Casa Komos was represented by CBRE while Feil’s team included Andrew Wiener, Rob Fisher, and Henry Korzec. According to Wiener: “After years of collaboration, we are thrilled to welcome Casa Komos to their new home at 853 Broadway.” The second floor boasts floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer stunning views of Union Square Park and provide increased visibility for exterior signage – a perfect fit for Casa Komos’ vision for their new space.
This deal marks another successful transaction in the bustling downtown market as companies continue to seek out prime locations like this one.
