Construction has officially begun at The Devon at Weiss Farm, a 259-unit multifamily project situated on a 25-acre site in Stoneham, MA. This development is designed to meet LEED Silver standards and will feature 12 townhomes, a spacious clubhouse spanning over 5,000 square feet, and the first building with 64 apartments. Completion is expected by June of2025.
According to Peter Mahoney from John M. Corcoran and Company,”Our highly skilled team is already hard at work on this exciting project that will bring much-needed housing options to an underserved market.” He also added,”We are confident that our development will not only provide new housing opportunities for local residents but also attract new individuals to the community.”
As per Massachusetts’ Chapter40B law, The Devon at Weiss Farm aims to make25% of its units affordable for low-income families. In addition,the complex boasts amenities such as a fitness center,petspa,and outdoor pool.Leasing activities are setto begin in early2025.
