KLNB recently facilitated an 88,971-square-foot industrial lease for InventWood (IW), a Maryland-based company specializing in sustainable materials and nanotechnology. Kristin Rebeck of KLNB served as IW’s tenant representative and successfully secured the lease at 5971 Jefferson Station Court in Frederick, MD. Thanks to a $20 million grant from the US Department of Energy, IW plans to begin manufacturing operations at this location by 2025.
