Construction has commenced on the Lenox Timbergrove, a 293-unit, five-story development located at 2825 W. 11th Street. The project is being developed by OHT Partners and is situated in a rapidly growing area just west of Houston Heights and north of the Washington Avenue corridor in Lazybrook/Timbergove.
The Class A complex will consist of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units ranging from 500 to 1,150 square feet. Residents can enjoy various community amenities such as a pool, outdoor pavilion with gas grills and kitchen facilities, indoor pet spa, round-the-clock co-working space,and an artificial turf game lawn. Anticipated to open towards the end of2025,the rental prices will be determined closer to its launch date.
In May this year,OHT broke ground on another project called Lenox Heights,a359-unit community located less than three miles away at333 W.24th Street.The new development marks OHT’s second venture in Houston Heights area.
