Bolour Associates Inc., a privately-owned real estate investment, development, and finance company, has successfully obtained the entitlements to construct a new five-story residential apartment building in West Los Angeles. The prime location for this project is at 2424 S. Veteran Ave., situated on the southeast corner of Pico Boulevard and Veteran Avenue.
The proposed development will consist of 30 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 475 to 975 square feet. Additionally, three live-work units will be included in the plans to cater to various uses such as artist studios or professional service offices. On-site parking will also be available for residents’ convenience along with two rooftop deck amenity spaces.
According to Bolour CEO Mark Bolour: “We are thrilled about providing much-needed housing along an important stretch of Pico Boulevard.” He further added that their hard work has paid off in bringing this opportunity into reality and believes it will greatly benefit renters by offering access to employment opportunities and recreational attractions within West LA’s vibrant rental market.
