JLL Capital Markets recently facilitated the sale of a three-property, one-million square foot industrial outdoor storage (IOS) portfolio in the Inland Empire. The seller, Stockbridge & Dedeaux Properties, was represented by JLL’s expert team led by senior managing director Mark Detmer and supported by senior director Evan Moran and director Chad Solomon. Local market contacts executive managing directors Patrick Wood and Louis Tomaselli were also involved in the transaction. The buyer’s identity and terms of the sale have not been disclosed.
The properties are located on 23.15 acres in San Bernardino and Railto, with addresses at 446 S. Yucca Ave, 1066 N Tippecanoe Ave, and 1938 W. 5th St., totaling over one million square feet of space.The portfolio is considered to be fully stabilized with Class A institutional quality IOS focused properties – making it a unique opportunity for investors on the West Coast.
This deal marks another successful transaction for JLL Capital Markets as they continue to lead in facilitating major commercial real estate deals across various markets.
