Related Group has begun construction on a new affordable housing community in Miami, taking advantage of the city’s program to increase availability of low-cost housing. The 12-story Gallery at Marti Park will feature 176 units and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025.
The development company secured a long-term ground lease with Miami-Dade County for the site, which previously housed a one-story community center. Approximately half of the units will be rented at market rates while the remaining units will cater to various income levels. Some apartments will be reserved for low-income seniors through the Rental Assistance Demonstration program, while others are designated for households earning between 80 and 120 percent of area median income.
Designed by CMA Architects, this mixed-income community offers one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 622 to850 square feet. Residents can enjoy amenities such as private bike storage, grilling areas, fitness center access, and coworking spaces within their building.
This latest project showcases Related Group’s commitment towards providing affordable housing options in Miami without compromising on quality or design standards.
