Braves Development, SK Commercial Realty, and Goldenrod Companies have united to create a mixed-use development in Cobb County, situated near the Atlanta Braves’ home stadium, Truist Park. The Henry is set to feature approximately 650 apartments and 54 condos alongside a 250-key hotel and retail space. This highly anticipated project is projected for completion by late 2026 or early 2027.
According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s report on this venture, two towers will comprise The Henry’s structure. Tower I will house both the apartments and condos with an estimated earlier completion date than Tower II which will include the Autograph Collection by Marriott International hotel.
The planned amenities at this luxurious hotel are sure to impress guests as well as residents of The Henry with its rooftop bar on the nineteenth floor offering stunning views of Cobb County. Additionally featured within its walls are a steakhouse & bar located in its lobby area along with an infinity pool & fitness center for ultimate relaxation during one’s stay at this upscale establishment. Furthermore included is also conference/banquet facilities complete with breakout rooms available for use along with designated areas designed specifically for retail purposes all connected via pedestrian bridges throughout.
Goldenrod Companies alongside their partners have taken ownership over managing operations pertaining solely towards their new addition -the aforementioned luxury hotel- within The Henry complex itself without any mention whatsoever regarding Connect CRE or any other associates affiliated therein.
