A new mixed-use development is underway in Cobb County, located near the Atlanta Braves’ Truist Park. The project, known as “The Henry,” is a collaboration between Braves Development, SK Commercial Realty and Goldenrod Companies.
Upon completion in late 2026 or early 2027, The Henry will feature approximately 650 apartments and 54 condos alongside a 250-key hotel and retail space. Two towers make up the project: Tower I will house the apartments and condos while Tower II will be home to the Autograph Collection by Marriott International hotel.
Planned amenities at The Henry include a rooftop bar on its top floor (19th), a lobby steakhouse and bar, an infinity pool with stunning views of the surrounding area, as well as a fitness center. Additionally,the hotel plans to offer conference facilities with breakout rooms for events along with retail spaces accessible via pedestrian bridges.
Goldenrod Companies along with their partners are set to own this impressive new addition to Atlanta’s skyline – showcasing luxury living at its finest!
