Midwood Investment & Development has announced the appointment of Jeff Dvorett as their new President. In this role, he will oversee development, marketing, operations, and asset management for the company’s national portfolio. With over 140 properties across the United States including residential, retail and office developments such as The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City and 150 East 78th Street.
Dvorett brings a wealth of experience to Midwood having previously served as Executive Vice President of Development since joining in 2017. Prior to that he was head of development at Kuafu Properties and senior vice president at Extell Development Company. “Jeff Dvorett has demonstrated exceptional insight, thoughtful leadership and a forward thinking approach to development that is integral to our success,” said John Usdan CEO of Midwood Investment & Development.
The announcement comes amidst an exciting time for Midwood with ongoing projects like The Residences at Sportsmen’s Lodge and 200 South12th Street shaping up well under Dvorett’s guidance.
