The construction of the first phase of 101 Dania Beach apartments is moving forward with a $55.6 million construction loan secured by the developer from Israel Discount Bank of New York. The mortgage was provided to Apollo Cos. and Liberty Base Investments for their project on a 1.89-acre site spanning nine parcels at 101 S.W. First St.
In late 2023, Apollo Cos., acting as its own general contractor, began building after obtaining approval for the project in early 2022.
According to reports from South Florida Business Journal, construction is expected to be completed within the next twenty-two months.
This development will feature thirteen stories and offer a total of two hundred seventy-eight apartments along with amenities such as a rooftop pool and bar, dog wash station, fitness center, coworking space, and parking spaces for four hundred forty-nine vehicles. The design work was done by Miami-based Caymares Martin firm.
The second phase of this project received approval in August but has yet to break ground.
