Colliers U.S. has announced the appointment of Gregg Shutan as President of its East Region Brokerage business. In this role, Shutan will oversee all brokerage operations and service lines in Colliers’ East region with a focus on new business development, talent recruitment, and retention.
Shutan brings over 20 years of experience to his new position, having previously served as President of Integrated Accounts & Portfolio Services at CBRE where he managed 1,400 employees and oversaw relationships with 65 large clients. He also held positions at the General Services Administration, The Tribune Company, and Accenture.
Reporting directly to Gil Borok – President & CEO | U.S. & LATAM – Shutan’s appointment further demonstrates Colliers’ commitment to delivering top-notch service for their clients.
