BKM Capital Partners, based in Newport Beach, has appointed Craig Morrow as Senior Director of BKM Management Co. In this newly created role, Morrow will focus on seamlessly integrating the organization’s property management and accounting operations.
With over 15 years of experience in property management, Morrow joins BKM from Link Logistics where he served as VP of Property Operations. He oversaw a team of 47 members and managed a portfolio totaling 13 million square feet across six markets. Prior to that, he held various positions at PS Business Parks Inc., the predecessor entity to Link.
According to Brian K. Malliet, Founder and CEO of BKM Capital Partners: “Craig is an expert in management with extensive experience in real estate operations, particularly for multi-tenant industrial parks.” His industry knowledge and reputation for building high-performing teams will help drive growth for BKM.
