Cushman & Wakefield and Greystone Servicing Company have announced the addition of Elliott Mulkin as Director to their Capital Markets Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) group and loan origination teams in Birmingham, Alabama. In this role, Mulkin will specialize in originating and structuring senior loans across Greystone’s lending platforms while also providing debt advisory services to clients. With previous experience at Regions Bank as a Vice President in their Real Estate Capital Markets division, Mulkin brings a unique skillset that combines deal expertise with strong industry relationships and interpersonal strengths.
