Aldi Opens First Store in Nevada

German-based grocery chain, Aldi, is set to open its first location in Nevada. The popular retailer will be moving into a former Bed, Bath and Beyond store in Henderson. This new 30,000-square-foot market will be located across from the Sunset Station hotel and casino.

Aldi’s business model focuses on offering mostly private-label brands at affordable prices. To keep costs down even further, they do not provide bagging services and require customers to return their carts with a 25-cent deposit.

With over 2,000 locations already established in 36 states across the country, Aldi continues to expand its presence nationwide. Stay tuned for updates on the opening of this highly anticipated Nevada store.
