Pacific Elm and the Headington Companies have joined forces to develop a 30-story mixed-use project at Ross and Field Street in Dallas. According to reports from the Dallas Business Journal, this project will feature 70 luxurious residential units and 30 affordable housing units on its upper levels. The lower levels of the tower will include a hotel with 150 rooms, as well as meeting space spanning over 12,000 square feet and food-and-beverage options covering an additional 10,000 square feet. Underground parking will also be available for residents’ convenience. The property is currently owned by Headington.

Previously announced plans from Pacific Elm included an office tower with eighteen floors and another building with twenty-five floors featuring three hundred apartments in the Field Street District at adjacent properties located on McKinney Avenue (1100 &1012). This development is still undergoing design processes.
