Pacific Elm and the Headington Companies have joined forces to develop a 30-story mixed-use project at the corner of Ross and Field Street. According to reports from the Dallas Business Journal, this development will feature 70 luxury residential units and 30 affordable housing units on its upper levels. The lower levels of the tower will include a hotel with 150 rooms, as well as meeting spaces totaling 12,000 square feet and food-and-beverage options spanning over an additional 10,000 square feet. Underground parking will also be available for residents and visitors. The property is currently owned by Headington.
Previously announced plans from Pacific Elm included an office tower with eighteen stories and a twenty-five story building featuring three hundred apartments in the Field Street District on adjacent properties located at1100 McKinney Avenueand1012 McKinney Avenueon Griffin Street’s opposite side. This project is still undergoing design processes.
