Jackson-Shaw is planning to develop a 1.8 million square foot business park in Rowlett, consisting of seven buildings on 165 acres. The project will be completed in two phases and has been financed with a $69 million construction loan from Bank OZK and Affinius Capital LLC.
Phase I will include five Class A industrial buildings totaling over 1,063,000 square feet. Construction for this phase is scheduled to begin in March and the building sizes will range from 88,000 to 417,000 square feet. Phase II consists of two additional buildings with a total size of +701,625 SF.
Compatriot Capital serves as the equity partner for this development while Peinado Construction acts as the general contractor and Pross Design Group provides architectural services.
