JLL has been selected to lead the leasing efforts for Miami’s newest office development in Brickell. The 750,000-square-foot project, situated on the city’s waterfront and co-developed by Key International and Sterling Bay, will be managed by a team of experts from JLL led by Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun.
The design of the new 51-story office tower, named 848 Brickell, is being spearheaded by renowned architecture firm Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM). This Class A space will boast a spacious reception area and lobby as well as ground-floor retail spanning over 7,500 square feet. Additionally, there will be an on-site covered parking facility with room for more than 1,000 vehicles across ten floors. The building’s amenity floors will feature expansive balconies and courtyards along with a luxury fitness center. Other lifestyle amenities include padel tennis courts and private open-air lounges set against panoramic views from rooftop gardens.
This latest development marks another success for JLL in their role as leasing agent for premier properties like this one in Miami’s bustling market.
