JLL has been selected to lead the leasing efforts for Miami’s newest office development in Brickell. The 750,000-square-foot project, situated on the waterfront and developed by Key International and Sterling Bay, will be managed by JLL’s team of experts led by Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun.
The design of this Class A office space is being spearheaded by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). It will boast a grand reception area and lobby as well as a ground-floor retail space spanning 7,500 square feet. Additionally, there will be an on-site covered parking facility with room for over 1,000 vehicles. The building’s amenity floors will include expansive balconies with scenic courtyards overlooking the city skyline. Other features include a luxury fitness center and signature rooftop garden along with outdoor terraces featuring padel tennis courts and private open-air lounges.
This latest development from Sterling Bay comes after owning the site for over three decades. With JLL at its helm leading leasing efforts for this impressive new tower known as “848 Brickell,” it is sure to become one of Miami’s most sought-after business addresses.
