Chicago-based firm Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has recently expanded its team and product offerings. The company has welcomed industry veterans John Cobb and Philip Kayden to their team.
Cobb, with 25 years of experience in the senior housing and healthcare industries, will lead Blueprint’s capital markets platform. He most recently served as executive vice president and CIO at Ventas, after previously holding positions as president & CEO at Senior Lifestyle Corporation and senior managing director at GE Capital.
Kayden brings nearly two decades of experience in seniors housing and care to his role as executive managing director for Blueprint’s existing advisory practice. He began his career at Welltower before spending over ten years in a leadership position with Ventas. Most recently, he served as CIO for a real estate investment manager specializing in single-family homes, built-to-rent properties, and hospitality ventures.
The expansion of the team is an exciting development for Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors’ clients who can now benefit from the expertise of these experienced professionals.
