A Canada-based developer, Amacon, is proposing two matching 39-story towers in Denver. The project will include 611 fee-simple condos and a 96-room hotel with 731 parking spaces and 12,730 square feet of ground floor retail. Amenities such as a pool deck will be located on the ninth level for both towers. Condos available range from studio to three bedroom units. Davis Partnership Architects is the architect for this new condo and hotel project which requires an adjacent parcel acquisition before proceeding further with approvals needed to move forward.
