With over 40 years dedicated exclusively to infill industrial real estate in the region, Schwimmer has set a high standard for success through his commitment to company culture and community engagement.
Nominations are now open for various categories including Developer/Broker/Service Provider/Investor/Diversity & Inclusion awards as well as project-specific categories such as Multifamily/Industrial/Office/Retail/Mixed-Use projects. The winners will be announced at the NAIOP SoCal Awards Gala.
