The newly branded ‘Presidio Palms Apartments’ are a result of Sterling’s acquisition of the 10-acre property in January 2021 and subsequent zoning changes to convert an underperforming and outdated hotel into modern apartment units. Additionally, plans for future development include an additional 154 units.
