Synergy, a leading real estate investor, operator and manager based in Boston, has recently announced the appointment of Patrick DiGregorio as Senior Vice President of Property Management. With an impressive 30 years of experience in the industry, DiGregorio will be responsible for overseeing operational objectives for Synergy’s Property Management and Building Engineering teams.
Prior to joining Synergy, DiGregorio served as Vice President of Property Management at Nordblom where he played a key role in the redevelopment, repositioning and leasing efforts for properties such as Hood Park in Charlestown MA. He also led successful headquarters redevelopment projects for The Boston Globe and Providence Journal. His expertise includes managing daily operations, leasing strategies, long-term capital planning and budgeting as well as property redevelopment.
